With the huge variety of product applications in the Business Unit (BU), consolidated with the global demand from more than 120 Market Organizations, this role triggers an interesting challenge for the entire Hilti end-to-end supply chain. The Materials Manager BU assures the reliable supply of all BU product groups from Sourcing to Market Organizations worldwide, in line with the strategic planning/focusing of the BU and Hilti’s global logistic’s strategy.
You will work in Global Logistics business development and derive and define from our strategy and future business potentials concrete project opportunities. You can drive, lead and implement global logistics projects with focus on strategic or cross-functional elements together with team members around the globe in different market organizations and different cultures. Moreover, you run our Global Logistics project management office and coordinate activities in the area of process excellence.

Bringing operational excellence in production logistics to the next level will be the main target of this internship. In order to increase speed and agility within our plant Schaan, you will be running projects related to supply planning, value-stream optimization and data analytics. As a results-oriented, innovative and self-reliant person, you will join our small and motivated team, which will support you to realize your full potential. Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration of at least 5 months
In this role you get the chance to drive the operational excellence journey of the plant in Schaan together with the lean department. The internship will allow you to actively contribute to the plant’s annual productivity and cost performance targets.
