The role of Warehouse Team Lead assists line management with the operations of a distribution center (DC). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, warehousing, transportation, inventory control, work load planning, training, and proficient use of Hilti system applications in conducting warehouse operations. This position interacts daily with sales, customer service, credit, and other functional areas within Hilti North America (HNA).
The role of the Warehouse Worker is responsible to provide superior sales support and customer service by working with the distribution team through the receiving, warehousing, and order fulfillment functions, as well as organizational Lean objectives.

The role of Machinist I is responsible to provide superior sales support and customer service by working with the distribution team to ensure high quality and timely production of orders. Duties include, but are not limited to, operating machinery to assist in the customization of products as detailed and outlined by the Project Management Office (PMO).
