What's the role?

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Key Account Manager to take responsibility for the nationwide account development of major construction companies.

What does the role involve?

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the major client accounts and their development in Finland. You negotiate annual agreements with key decision-makers and advance the agreements within the organization. You promote collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.

You build partnerships, share information and cooperate internally with other Hilti employees (including sales teams, engineering team, marketing, logistics) to ensure excellent customer service.

You get a lot of responsibility, and we expect you to have the ability and desire to make profit, as well as your dedication to developing your customer relationships over the long term.

You will report to the Sales Director.

We fill over 80% of our manager level positions internally.

What you need is:

  • Relevant educational background (e.g. M.Sc. in Economics or Engineering)
  • Fluent knowledge of Finnish and English
  • Passion for teamwork and the ability to create good collaboration both within the team and with clients
  • Good business understanding and ability to establish and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent interaction, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good learning ability and willingness to challenge yourself
  • Willingness to travel with work

As Account Manager, no two days are the same but you’ll spend most of your time visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them. You could find yourself on construction sites or in offices and warehouses.
