Back in 2013, I was able to get to know Hilti as part of a student internship. On the very first day, I was able to take on my first small tasks and thus get a taste of the company and the commercial areas. From that day on, I was enthusiastic and wanted to become a part of this great company. In 2014, my path with Hilti began. As a trainee industrial clerk, I was able to get to know the many different departments and sides of Hilti and quickly realised how familiar the globally active company is. You get involved from day one and are given your own tasks and responsibilities. Through my training, I quickly realised where I wanted to go. Clearly to the human resources department. I want to work with people and develop in this area. As a recruiting coordinator, I was able to gain initial experience in the field of recruiting. At the start of 2019, the opportunity arose to take on the position of Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Manager. I do not regret my steps at Hilti in any way. It is simply great to see how the company develops and how much responsibility is passed on to young people. This is how you can develop further and grow in or with the company. Hilti simply doesn't just focus on numbers, but specifically on the individual employees.
